If you have chosen "Budget" Professional Installation, please ship your iPod to our installation facility after finalizing your transaction. Once you've finalized your transaction, we'll send you a confirmation email. It is recommend you insure your shipment and obtain tracking information on your shipment. Lastly, please include your order number with your iPod.

*if we discover your iPod is broken and it's not the battery, we will notify you via email. We can replace your battery or you can have us send back your iPod without changing the battery. We don't repair broken iPods, we only change the battery. We will charge a $10 service fee and the shipping fees and refund you the difference. This happens very rarely, but occasionally an iPod is broken and it has nothing to do with a dead battery.
